PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for a foundation for a structure, which enables repair work to be performed in a relatively easy manner in a short period of time, and brings about high reliability in terms of strength etc. SOLUTION: In the foundation for the structure, an anchor bolt 2 is embedded in foundation concrete 1 in a state wherein a threaded part of the anchor bolt 2 is protruded upward; and a bolt hole 5, which is provided in a base plate 4 of the structure 3, is externally fitted to the threaded part of the anchor bolt, and screwed and fastened to a nut. The repair method comprises: the process of forming a cavity hole 10 so that an embedded part of the anchor bolt can be partially exposed around the anchor bolt of the foundation concrete; the process of cutting off the threaded part of the anchor bolt; the process of providing for a rod-shaped connecting fitting 11 wherein the threaded part 11b is formed at one end and wherein a connecting part 11a capable of being connected to the anchor bolt exposed in the cavity hole is formed at the other end, so as to connect the connecting part of the connecting fitting to the anchor bolt; and the process of externally fitting the bolt hole of the base plate to the threaded part of the connecting fitting, and screwing and fastening the threaded part to the nut 13.
