PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for ejecting a liquid drop from each ejecting part of a head having a plurality of liquid drop ejecting parts while variably controlling the ejecting direction in which the effect of incomplete ejection from a failed ejecting part is eliminated. SOLUTION: In the method for ejecting an ink liquid drop 60 from each ejecting part of a print head 11 having a plurality of ink liquid drop ejecting parts while variably controlling the ejecting direction and forming an array of dots D or a dot D, ejecting condition of the ink liquid drop 60 from each ejecting part is checked and information at a failed ejecting part is acquired. The ink liquid drop 60 is not ejected from the failed ejecting part but ejected from a different ejecting part by variably controlling the ejecting direction thus correcting the effect of incomplete ejection from the failed ejecting part.
