PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triple elbow for air supply/discharge pipes required to realize a triple air supply/discharge pipe of a boiler or the like, a manufacturing method therefor, and a jig and tool used in the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The elbow for air supply/discharge pipes is manufactured by using two jigs and tools 7 and 8 having three fit-in cylinders fixed in a concentrically telescopic manner in section so as to be fitted in a large diameter cylinder 2, a medium diameter cylinder 3, and a small diameter cylinder 4, respectively, and a handle fixed to three fit-in cylinders, inserting and fitting one of the jigs and tools 7 and 8 to one end side of a triple pipe 6 for air supply/discharge pipes, inserting and fitting the other jig and tool to the other end side of the triple pipe 6 for air supply/discharge pipes, fixing the jig and tool 8 to a predetermined place, and turning the jig and tool 7 and bending the triple pipe for air supply/discharge pipes at a predetermined angle in a bellows W.
