PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming agent composition which does not cause a repellent, uneven dyeing, a fish eye, an oil spot, etc. even when this composition is used in water paint, a latex, water-based ink, a dyeing industry, a sizing agent, etc. and has excellent defoaming property. SOLUTION: This defoaming agent composition contains 100 pts. wt. oil compound (a), which contains 100 pts. wt. hydrophobic organo-polysiloxane having 10-100,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s viscosity at 25°C and 2-30 pts. wt. fine powder of silica containing hydrophobic silica/hydrophilic silica of 1/1 to 1/3 weight ratio as the principal components, and 20-500 pts. wt. polyoxyalkylene-modified organo-polysiloxane (b).
