PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain therapeutic and preventive effects for the orthopaedic diseases below the waist by the ideal correction of the foot skeleton. SOLUTION: Convex shapes for conditioning the lateral arch C3, the inner longitudinal arch C4 and the outer longitudinal arch C5 are formed on faces of the insoles in contact with the foot. The shape 87 for conditioning the lateral arch, the shape for conditioning the inner longitudinal arch C4 and the shape for conditioning the outer longitudinal arch C5 are so arranged as to fit the shape of the sole and the convex shapes are connected together with a smooth curved surface.
