PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wash a polishing cloth by arranging a dust suction plate in order to remove dust or fluff in a polishing cloth holding device for a pachinko game ball lifting-up and conveying polisher. SOLUTION: In the polishing cloth holding device, the polishing cloth N is held in an energized state by a cloth holding means 23 which is arranged so as to be freely elevated/lowered with respect to an attachment board 21 attached to a door 5. A clamp means 27 holds the polishing cloth N, and internally includes the dust suction plate 33 so as to induce static electricity by sliding the front surface of the polishing cloth N when the cloth is pulled out from the lifting-up and conveying polisher. The dust suction plate 33 is obtained by molding Fe tourmaline to be a plate shape, so that dust and fluff attached onto the front surface of the polishing cloth N are sucked.
