PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability about quality by permitting a ball discharge operation from a time when power is on till the start of the put-out operation of the balls and prohibiting the ball discharge operation during the ball put-out operation after the ball put-out operation is started. SOLUTION: The ball discharge operation is permitted by releasing a ball discharge prohibition flag when the power is fed to a control device 2. Accordingly, as a ball discharge switch 20 is operated by a player, a put-out mechanism 4 is driven to discharge balls from the time when the power is fed to the control device 2 till the first ball put-out operation is started. When a winning signal is discriminated, the put-out mechanism 4 is driven to put out balls after the ball discharge prohibition flag is set. Since the ball discharge prohibition flag is set after the start of ball put-out as a result of the winning, the process is not shifted to the ball discharge process, and after the ball put-out operation is performed following the power is fed to the control device 2, the operation is not shifted to the ball discharge operation even if the player operates the ball discharge switch 20.
