Each headlamp is integrated with the bodywork at the front of the vehicle and has high-intensity xenon light bulb (5). The bulb is accommodated in a tubular surround (3) with the front end cut at an angle (II) and covered with a transparent window. A cup-shaped lens (7) is held in front of the lamp on the end of a support rod (10) which extends forward from the base of the light bulb. The lens has a profile with a symbol at the front and has grooved sides. Its rear edge is cut off at an angle (I) parallel to the front end of the tubular surround.
