The invention relates to an instrument for assembling the front panel and the back-lighting panel of a liquid crystal display. The instrument is mainly composed of a flat plate with a rotating shaft for placing the back-lighting panel, a turnover faceplate with a means for fixing the front panel, and a bracket for supporting the turnover faceplate. The structure of the said instrument is as following: the turnover faceplate is connected to a side of the flat plate through the rotating shaft, and the bracket is placed on the side of the turnover faceplate apart from the flat plate.
