The outer ring (1) is integrally connected to the hollow inner ring (2) to which the support chains or cords (3) are attached, uniformly distributed around the periphery. The size and material of the outer ring are optional; it is made e.g. of pot, glass or plastic. Flowers or other plants are planted in it. The electrical cord and lamp (4, 5) are accommodated in the inner ring. Lighting is thrown above and below from the inner ring, illuminating e.g. a table below and upper and lower parts of the plants.
