The device has a laminar body and an amplitude contour. The laminar body is formed by joining multiple collecting modules (1) whose edge is provided with an external flange (9) with a barrier. Multiple holes (2) are present in the opposite side of the collecting modules. The collecting modules are also provided with anchoring units, and are made of polyethylene or plastic.
