PURPOSE: An insulation rubber composition for the bias tire of a truck or a bus and a bias tire applying the composition are provided, to improve heat resistance without deterioration of an antiaging property and other properties. CONSTITUTION: The insulation rubber composition comprises 30-60 parts by weight of a natural rubber, 30-50 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene rubber, and 70-90 parts by weight of a recycled rubber as a source rubber; and 55-70 parts by weight of a GPF (general-purpose furnace) carbon black and 10-25 parts by weight of clay as a reinforcing agent. Preferably the GPF carbon black has a CTAB adsorption value of 34-38 m2/g and a DBP absorption value of 84-96 ml/100 g, and the clay has a specific gravity of 2.5-2.7 and contains 99.5% or more of the powder passing 325 mesh sieve. |
