<p>The present invent releates a new ginsenoside Mx, 20-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(l -> 6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol , and a new formulation comprising Mx used as anticancer agents. Said ginsenoside Mx have potent anti-tumor activity, for example, inducing the differentiation of tumor cells, inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells, inhibiting tumor cell growth, reversaling tumor multidrug resistance, inhibiting tumor-induced angiogenesis, inhibiting the infiltration and metastasis of tumor, enhancing systemic immunity, decreasing the toxicity of chemotheraphy.</p> |
