<p>An information processing device, which works as a recording device, creates a Clip Information file of a still image file (TS file) composed of a plurality of still images, creates a Playlist composed of a plurality of PlayItems indicating the reproduction path of a slide show, and records this information and the TS file on a DVD. The Clip Information file includes an EP_map, which is a table indicating the correspondence between the values of presentation type stamps PTS of the TS and the source packet numbers SPN in the TS indicated by the values. An information processing device, which works as a reproduction device, obtains the data addresses of the TS indicated by the Play Item reproduction start time, IN_time, and the reproduction end time, OUT_time, and reproduces still images by referencing the EP_map of the Clip Information and reading information therefrom.</p> |
