<p>The invention relates to manufacturing musical instruments, in particular to manufacturing stringed musical instruments. The invention permits to manufacture a compact instrument of more perfect aesthetic form with a new timbre of sounding. For the purpose the method includes manufacturing of the body consisting of the top and bottom decks with the kerfs and lateral elements, the neck, connection of the neck with the body, stretching strings bending of the top and bottom decks forming cylindrical surfaces and connection thus that the formings of cylindrical surfaces are perpendicular to each other and the lateral elements in the form of petals are disposed in the places of kerfs. The external outline of the body of the offered instrument is similar to a shell. The bent (cylindrical) surface of decks makes the body resilient, increases its rigidity, raises its durability. A partial absence of lateral walls with accompanying details lightens the instrument, reduces the expenditure of materials and simplifies the technology of its manufacturing. The perfect aesthetic form of a musical instrument increases an opportunity of occurrence of new acoustic properties (timbres of sounding) of the instrument.</p> |
