The invention relates to a system for recording on physical supports, comprising a central server which is defined by a central computer (1) that is equipped with an electronic control system (2), a database (3) which is used to store all the information that can be recorded and a program (4) for recording the desired information. The aforementioned database (3) includes a search and selection program (6) which is used to retrieve the information. Moreover, the central computer (1) is connected to a plurality of peripheral computers (11) which are installed at the points of sale. Said computers (11) comprise an electronic control system (5), a search program (7) and a database (8) in order to retrieve and save the information from the computer (1) and to select and record same on a physical support using a recording device (9). The central computer (1) is connected to the computers (11) by means of a modem (10) or any other connection means with the corresponding security standards.
