RUBBER RESIN COMPOSITION WITH LOW WATER TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE: A rubber resin composition is provided to suppress water transmission and to obtain high strength. CONSTITUTION: The rubber resin composition comprises 1-15 parts by weight of nano clay; a silane compound; 100 parts by weight of an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber; 1-3 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; optionally 1-5 parts by weight of a co-crosslinking Agent; and optionally 1-2 parts by weight of a processability enhancer. Preferably the silane compound is selected from the group consisting of 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, vinylsilane, aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and trimethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate, and the content is 1-10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the clay.
