PHOTODETECTOR USING NECKED NANOPARTICLES

摘要

PURPOSE: A photodetector using necked nanoparticles is provided to save money by using a nano crystal necked by a wet chemical method, and to simplify a structure and a process by forming a channel only by necking of the nano crystal. CONSTITUTION: Two electrode plates face each other. Nano crystals fabricated by a wet colloid combining method are necked to each other to form a photo detecting device located between the electrode plates. The nano crystals are necked by a thermal annealing process or a laser annealing process.
