The device is made of metal or a suitable plastic, which can be sterilized or it can be produced of a cheaper material for being disposed of after use. It comprises several segments to be pulled out for use or to be pushed into one another for transport and storage. One end is provided with the membrane in a funnel and the opposite end with the listening device. There can be one version designed as a single tube or a second version in the shape of a twin tube.
