The portable ashtray has a box (2) with a hinged opening lid (1) and three tubes (8) for clean disposal of remains of smoked cigarettes. The tubes are hinged upward when the lid is opened to present their open ends to receive cigarette ends. Catches (3,4) on the lid and box respectively can engage each other to hold the lid closed. There is a handle or holder (7) on one end of the ashtray box. A box for cigarettes (9) is fastened on the other end of the ashtray box and a cigarette lighter (10) is fastened to the other side of the cigarette box.
