A form-fill-seal machine for making a pouch style package is provided, comprising an aperture means creating station; an optional bulge forming station for thermoforming a puff or bulge; a heating and filling station for create a lower seal and edge seals and filling the pouch; and a flap making station comprising means for folding over a flap and sealing the inside portion of the flap to the front face of the pouch, covering the aperture means. |
