METHOD FOR PREVENTING SLIDING OF INCLINATION OF FORKLIFT

PURPOSE: A method for preventing sliding of a forklift is provided by applying a reverse torque by an electric brake, thereby improving stability and workability. CONSTITUTION: A motoring switch is provided to generate a driving torque. A braking switch is provided to generate a braking torque. The motoring switch is dutied-on for a certain time when an input value of an accelerator to flow current of a driving circuit to a boot strap diode, a boot strap capacitor and a gate driver to charge to boot strap capacitor. The current of the boot strap capacitor is supplied to a power device driving power supply. A current flowing in a separately excited DC motor is detected to determine sliding of the forklift inclination. When the sliding is detected, the motoring switch is turned off, and a reverse torque is generated.
