PURPOSE: A method for shaping refractories is provided especially to mold (or shape) a dense refractory brick or a refractory block, thereby improving corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method for shaping refractories includes the steps of: placing a refractory material mixture(15) into mold frames(11,11'); driving a rotational axis(10) to connect a degassing unit(12) to the upper part of the mold frames(11,11') and a vibrator(13) to the lower part of the mold frames; driving a vacuum pump(14) to decompressing inside the mold frames, and driving the vibrator(13) to make the mixture(15) to be densely filled; and continuously shaping refractories by driving the rotational axis(10) to move and array the mold frames between the degassing unit(12) and the vibrator(13). |
