PURPOSE: A health food product comprising vegetables and cooked rice of soybeans, blue beans, sweet potatoes and rice containing sufficient nutrients necessary for good human health is provided. It is effective in preventing and treating prostatomegaly, osteoporosis, alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver or the like. CONSTITUTION: The health food product contains cooked rice, fermented soybeans(chungkukjang) and vegetables such as broccoli, pumpkins, carrots, onions, garlic, sesame and kelp. The cooked rice is obtained by washing soybeans, blue beans, sweet potatoes and rice and then cooking. |
