PURPOSE: An automatic insertion device of a specimen is provided to automatically layer specimens by crossing two specimens inside a solenoid. CONSTITUTION: A turntable portion(30) stores an Epstein frame having a solenoid in the upper part. The turntable portion is installed to be rotatable by a driving motor. A specimen insertion/guide portion(40) has a specimen holder having a specimen holder guide groove to be separated at the same interval as the solenoid. A specimen insertion portion(50) comprises a pair of specimen holders, permanent magnets and a cylinder. The specimen holders are installed to be movable through a passage to connect the holder guide groove and the solenoid. The permanent magnets are fixed in the one ends of the specimen holders. The permanent magnets form the same face as the upper faces of the specimen holders. The cylinder moves the specimen holders. Thereby, the work load is reduced.
