PURPOSE: A syringe is provided to prevent blood and medicine from remaining in a cylinder, and to simplify the suction of the used medicine into a plunger. CONSTITUTION: The syringe comprises: a cylinder having an inlet(232) and an outlet(231) axially aligned at opposite sides thereof; a hollow bar shaped plunger(50) inserted into the inlet to axially slide through the cylinder; and a needle member(40) slidably coupled in the cylinder close to the outlet. The cylinder is formed with a first inner block edge(24) at an inner peripheral surface thereof around the outlet, to which an annular needle holding member(30) is installed. The needle member, inserted into the needle holding member, has a tubular needle clamp(41) movably coupled at an end(413) thereof and detachably coupled at the other end(411) around the outlet, and a hollow needle(42) fixed at an end(421) thereof to the clamp and inserted at the other end(422) into the outlet so as to be exposed to the outside. A plug(56) is detachably coupled at an end(541) to the cylinder so as to seal the plunger.
