COOLING SYSTEM WITH VORTEX TUBE

PURPOSE: A cooling system with a vortex tube is provided to prevent environmental pollution, and to reduce cooling expenses by cooling the building with using solar heat without using fossil fuel. CONSTITUTION: Actuating fluid(15) is streamed into an evaporation pipe(2) by a liquid supply pump(16), and heated and evaporated by solar radiant heat(3). Steam is collected in a steam drum(4), and supplied to a vortex tube(6) through a steam pipe. The steam is divided into low temperature steam and high temperature steam with energy separation, and discharged at both ends. Low temperature steam is supplied to an air cooler(8), and converted into cooling air through heat exchange with air. The low temperature steam is liquefied into condensate by a condenser(10), and supplied to the evaporation pipe through a steam cooler(14). High temperature steam from the vortex tube is cooled through heat exchange with the condensate in the steam cooler, mixed with the low temperature steam from the outlet of the air cooler at the inlet of the condenser and liquefied in the condenser with the closed loop refrigerating cycle.
