PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing OELD is provided to secure a high aperture ratio, to achieve the degree of the freedom enough, and to improve yield rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing OELD comprises the steps of preparing a first and a second substrates(200); forming a gate wiring on the first substrate; forming a data wiring and a power wiring crossing the gate wiring and spaced apart from each other in parallel; forming a switching element at the intersection point of the gate wiring and the data wiring and forming a power wiring contacting to one side terminal of a driving element connected to the switching element; forming a connecting electrode contacted to the other terminal of the driving element; forming a first electrode(202) on the second substrate; forming a grid shape barrier rib(204) on the first electrode; forming a lighting layer(208) on the first electrode; depositing a second electrode(210) on the second substrate; adhering and heating a mold on the upper surface of the second substrate; separating the mold from the substrate and forming the patterned second electrode; and adhering the first substrate and the second substrate and connecting the connecting electrode with the second electrode.
