<p>The invention relates to a mesh comprising two elements, namely: (i) a base structure which can be made from metal, plastic or rigid vegetable fibres; and (ii) a variable-thickness film of cellulose fibres which partially or fully cover one or both sides of the aforementioned base structure. The invention also relates to a method which is used to produce said type of multi-purpose, cellulose film-covered meshes and which is characterised in that it employs the effect of gravity. The invention further relates to a special device for producing multi-purpose, cellulose film-covered meshes, said device comprising different parts which, together, provide the mesh with a special effect. The purpose of the invention is to provide a novel material for the production of three-dimensional hollow objects, lampshades and sheets which are different from those currently available.</p> |
