发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING FLOW RATE DEVIATION PER BRANCH PIPES DURING TRANSFER OF PULVERIZED COAL IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling flow rate deviation per branch pipes during transfer of pulverized coal in blast furnace is provided to stably control operation conditions of the blast furnace by equalizing pressure loss per tens of branch pipes installed from distributor to the blast furnace, thereby equally controlling flow rate of the pulverized coal. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling flow rate deviation per branch pipes in which flow rate of pulverized coal is equally distributed and supplied in a pulverized coal injection apparatus in blast furnace, the method comprises a step of equally maintaining flow rate of pulverized coal per branch pipes by connecting a plurality of connection pipes(100) to a part of length of branch pipes(40) having different length installed between distributor(30) for distributing pulverized coal and blast furnace, wherein the connection pipes have diameter larger than those of the branch pipes, and the connection pipes are separated from each other in certain units so that length of the connection pipes is adjusted, and wherein the connection pipes has diameter and length capable of equally maintaining pressure loss of the connection pipes, and a connection pipe connected to branch pipe having a long channel from the distributor to the blast furnace is longer than a connection pipe connected to branch pipe having a short channel from the distributor to the blast furnace.
