The present utility provides a heat discharging apparatus enabling to externally discharge the heat generated from the central processor unit of the computer quickly and accurately without noise and vibrations. The heat discharging apparatus includes a heat absorbing block attached to an upper surface of the central processor unit to absorb heat generated from the central processor unit of the computer wherein an insertion groove is formed inside the heat absorbing block; a heat pipe having one end inserted in a receiving groove of the heat absorbing block to absorb to transfer the heat absorbed in the heat absorbing block; a cover detachably fixed to the heat absorbing block; and a heat discharging unit installed at an end portion of the heat pipe to discharge the heat transferred to the heat pipe, the heat discharging unit fixed to the case of the computer mainframe.
