The present invention relates to a transdermal composition of an antivomiting agent, and more particularly to a transdermal composition of an antivomiting agent which can minimize skin irritation by employing tropisetron as the antivomiting agent as well as by adjusting its pH to be in the range of 8 to9 thus enhancing its rate of skin penetration thereby reducing the amount of a skin penetration enhancer used.
