The method and the system of navigation of jet aircraft by changing the vector of traction of the jet engine can be used in aviation for improving the maneuverability of the jet aircraft. According to the method, part of the forced air and/or operating gas is discharged and directed at an angle, asymmetrical to the aircraft longitudinal axis. Low pressure compressor (2), high pressure compressor (3), combustion chamber (4) and operating turbines (5) of the engine, in the zone wherein the above are fitted in succession in a classical type jet engine, a cold contour (6) is formed for directing part of the air after the low pressure compressor (2) to groups of valves (12), fitted on the housing (1), the said valves being situated before the reheat unit (7) of the engine. According to an inventive embodiment to each of the groups of valves (12), an additional combustion chamber (13) is fitted, supplied from the gas stream, directed to the respective group (12). 3 claims, 8 figures
