The post fixing is ensured by a cylinder (8a) forming a reception housing (9a) for the post end (3). The post end is locked in position by fins (20) supported on the end internal wall (3a) and locked in position by contact of the external truncated surfaces (15b,17b) of two elements (15,17) on walls (20a,20b) of complementary shape to the fins. A threaded rod (18) ensures the movement and locking of the device.
