YELLOW SOIL AND ERUPTIVE ROCKS-CONTAINING LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE NOT CAUSING CRACKS BY DRY SHRINKAGE AND HAVING HIGH STRENGTH AND NITROGEN OXIDE-REMOVING FUNCTION

摘要

PURPOSE: Yellow soil and eruptive rocks-containing lightweight concrete is provided, which dose not cause cracks by dry shrinkage and has beautiful color, high strength, a nitrogen oxide removing function, and anti-bacterial and sterilizing effects and emits high far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: The concrete comprises 64-72wt%(based on the total concrete weight of 100%) of eruptive rocks having a particle size of 0.08-15mm, 0-6wt% of the yellow soil having a particle size of 0.08-0.15mm, 17-22wt% of a blast furnace slag cement, 10wt% of water, and 0.09-0.13wt% of an AE water reducing agent. And the concrete has a unit weight of less than 1900kg/m3.
