PURPOSE: A method for shortening a time for loading data on a memory is provided to shorten a program time by writing only a part after the change between the data to be stored in the memory and the currently stored data. CONSTITUTION: The current data and the new data are loaded to a memory different with each other(410). The new data finds out a memory address starting the part different from the new data. An offset that is a difference between the address starting the different part and a loading start address is found out(416). When an accumulated sector value accumulating the size of the memory sectors is larger than the offset, the lastly added sector is found out. The new data is loaded from the memory sector starting the different part(426).
