A reflector with the ellipsoidal shape according to the invention is made of a polymer composite having thermal conductivity at least 0,5 W/mK and preferentially between 3 W/mK and 6 W/mK. The reflecting layer is applied directly onto the reflecting face of the reflector's casting made of a polymer composite. Any of the specified polymers can be used for the manufacture of the polymer composite, and carbon based or metallic materials are used as thermally and electrically conductive fillers.
