Cartilage punching device

The device is assembled of a disc cutting element (10), a hole punching element (20) and a push-out element (30) for the removal of the punched out material. A shaft (32) with a cylindrical handle (34) at its upper end is guided through a second handle (22) provided with a hollow shaft (24) with a hollow tip (26) at its lower end. The hollow shaft (24) is guided through a helical spring (40) and into another hollow handle (14) with a short hollow tip (12). When the upper handle (34) is pressed down the shaft (32) is pushed through the hollow spaces removing the material which has been cut off by the hollow tip (26) in order to create an opening in the cartilage disc which has been cut by short hollow wider tip (12).
