PCM PAINT WITH EXCELLENT FAR INFRARED RAY-RADIATING PROPERTY AND STEEL SHEET COATED WITH THE PAINT

PURPOSE: A PCM (precoated metal) paint and a steel sheet coated with the paint are provided, to improve a far infrared ray-radiating property and to reduce the gloss of a coated steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: The PCM paint comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyester resin; and at least one kind of quencher powder selected from 10-22 parts by weight of silica and 15-70 parts by weight of α-alumina. The quencher powder has an average diameter of 0.5-10 micrometers. The 60 degree gloss of a coated steel sheet is controlled to be 4-25 and the emissivity of far infrared ray is 0.930 or more.
