PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave shielding plate and a computer cooling device using the same is provided to facilitate the electromagnetic wave blocking by forming an electromagnetic wave blocking wall with use of a main sash and an aluminum rear case. CONSTITUTION: A heatsink(200) is installed to an upper part of a CPU(232) and an IC mounted on a main board(230), and conducts the heat generated from the CPU and the IC. A copper plate is partially or entirely formed to a lower layer of the heatsink closely contacted with the CPU. A forced air transferring tool(210) forcibly discharges the heat conducted to the heatsink from the inside of the heatsink by blowing air. The electromagnetic wave shielding plate includes the rear case(220) closely contacted with the heatsink and the main sash(240) closely contacted with the main board equipped with the CPU.
