FAR INFRARED RAY RADIATING PAINT FOR PCM WITH EXCELLENT ANTIBACTERIAL EFFECT AND FAR INFRARED RAY RADIATING PROPERTY AND STEEL SHEET COATED WITH THE PAINT

PURPOSE: A far infrared ray radiating paint for PCM (precoated metal) and a steel sheet coated with the paint are provided, to improve antibacterial effect, far infrared ray radiating property and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: The far infrared ray radiating paint comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyester resin; 22-90 parts by weight of at least two kinds of far infrared ray radiating powders selected from the group consisting of 0-10 parts by weight of MgO, 10-60 parts by weight of ZnO and 0-40 parts by weight of CaCO3; and optionally an oxide-based inorganic ceramic coloring pigment. Preferably MgO and ZnO are surface-coated with Mg(OH)2 and Zn(OH)2, respectively.
