CONTROL METHOD FOR FEEDING MATERIALS IN SINTER MACHINE

PURPOSE: A control method for feeding raw materials in sinter machine is provided to improve quality of sintered ore and air-permeability by controlling feeding conditions of sinter machine considering profile of raw materials measured by laser scanner. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of scanning charging mountain(10) in a width direction of a sintering car proceeding direction using a laser scanner(9) before the raw materials are charged into sintering car(17); a step of comparing the separated components with a target profile value after separating the scanned signal into widthwise component and lengthwise component by receiving scanned signal from controller(11); and a step of controlling opening ratio of split gate(3) if the width direction of the sintering car proceeding direction is non-uniform as results of the comparison, and controlling speed of drum feeder(2) if the length direction of the sintering car proceeding direction is non-uniform as the results of the comparison, wherein the method further comprises a step of photographing a lower side of chute(8) using a camera(7); a step of scanning guide chute(6) in a width direction of the guide chute using another laser scanner(5); a step of comparing profiles of the separated components with each other after separating the photographed or scanned signal into widthwise component and lengthwise component by receiving photographed or scanned signal from the controller; and a step of generating an alarm signal through an alarm means(20) if it is judged that adhesion ore is generated on the chute or the guide chute as results of the comparison.
