PURPOSE: An ink cartridge is provided to prevent an air passage from being broken due to external force by forming the air passage between an outer cover and an inner cover. CONSTITUTION: An ink cartridge(100) includes an ink storage section(110), an inner cover(140) covering an upper portion of the ink storage section(110), an outer cover(170) for sealing the inner cover(140) and an intermediate member(160) installed between the inner cover(140) and the outer cover(170). The ink storage section(110) is divided into first and second chambers(114,116) by means of a partition(113). An ink path(118) is formed at a lower portion of the partition(113). The first chamber(114) is filled with ink and the second chamber(116) is provided therein with a foam member(120). An ink feeding pipe(122) is formed at a lower portion of the second chamber(116).
