摘要 PURPOSE: A sealing structure and a sealing method are provided to shorten a manufacturing time and prevent an environmental contamination by avoiding use of an epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: A sealing structure comprises an accelerating speed sensor cable(10) having an outer surface coated with a contraction tube(12); a cable protection cover(20) having a linear portion for insertion of the accelerating speed sensor cable, an expanded portion communicated to the linear portion and which has a diameter larger than the diameter of the linear portion, and an anti-release protrusion protruded inwardly from the end of the expanded portion; an O-ring(30) covering the accelerating speed sensor cable, and which is inserted into the expanded portion; and a shape memory alloy(40) covering the accelerating speed sensor cable, and which is inserted into the expanded portion and has a restoring force for increasing the volume of the shape memory alloy at the preset temperature. The accelerating speed sensor cable tightly contacts the inner surface of the linear portion. The shape memory alloy and the O-ring tightly contact the inner surface of the expanded portion when the shape memory alloy is restored. The anti-release protrusion prevents the restored shape memory alloy from being released from the cable protection cover.
