摘要 PURPOSE: A line forming method is provided to form a line for measuring a signal extended to a TCP(Tape Carrier Package) pad by using pixel electrodes that are configured on more than one sub pixel, and to quantitatively measure a signal applied to a liquid crystal capacitor, thereby easily measuring the applied signal. CONSTITUTION: A system determines a sub pixel that forms a signal measuring line among sub pixels within an active area(S1). The system designs patterns of the signal measuring line extended outside the active area in a contact node of a TFT and a liquid crystal capacitor of the determined sub pixel(S2). The system adds the designed patterns of the line to designed patterns of pixel electrodes that are formed on a lower plate of an LCD panel(S3). The system forms the line and the pixel electrodes according to a forming process of the pixel electrodes(S4).
