摘要 PURPOSE: A diagnosis apparatus of molecular sieve gel in the air filter of oxygen plant is provided, thereby directly diagnosing the status of the molecular sieve gel packed in the air gel filter of oxygen plant during its operation. CONSTITUTION: The diagnosis apparatus of molecular sieve gel in the air filter of oxygen plant comprises a calculating device(5) containing a dust detecting device(1) for detecting dust of micro-dust discharged to the outlet of the air filter, a water detecting device(2) for detecting water content in the air at the outlet of the air filter, a carbon dioxide analyzer(3) for detecting carbon dioxide content in the air at the outlet of the air filter, and an air-blocking control signal generator(4) for controlling the air flow in order to employ two air filters in turn; a displaying device(6); an alarming device(7) for notifying the situation deviated from the limitation value; an interface device(8) for connecting to external devices such as PC or a controller, wherein the status of the molecular sieve gel is determined by using a M/S gel diagnosis algorithm and a calculation algorithm, K(Gdust, GH2O, GCO2) = Sdust * Gdust + SH2O*GH2O + SCO2 * GCO2; Sdust = ^¿K/^¿Gdust, sensitivity of dust amount; SH2O = ^¿K/^¿GH2O, sensitivity of water content; and SCO2 = ^¿K/^¿GCO2, sensitivity of carbon dioxide.
