An adapter (1) is configured so as to include a cylindrical body (3). The cylindrical body (3) of the adapter (1) is formed with a tube connecting portion (7) on one axial side thereof and a hose connecting portion (9) on an opposite axial side thereof. A resin tube (37) is connected to the tube connecting portion (7). A rubber hose (45) is fitted on the hose connecting portion (9) of the first adapter (1) so as to overlap a connecting end portion of the first resin tube (37).
