SYSTEM FOR INSPECTING MANHOLE STATUS

PURPOSE: A system for inspecting the status of manhole is provided to minimize the system construction cost by using a power supplied from the previously constructed PSTN and the previously constructed communication cable and networks. CONSTITUTION: A system for inspecting the status of manhole includes a communication network power extracting unit(111), a power stabilizer(113), a sensor unit(130) and a central process unit(140). The communication network power extracting unit(111) extracts the power from the previously constructed communication network in the manhole. The power stabilizer(113) stabilizes the power obtained from the communication network power extracting unit(111) and supplies the stabilized power to the remote monitoring terminal(100). The sensor unit(130) is provided with a plurality of sensors to detect the status of the manhole for managing the manhole. And, the central process unit(140) transmits the detected values of the sensor unit(130) to the center server and drives the sensor unit(130) by receiving the commands from the center server.
