This natural flour mixture contains a starch that is not derived from wheat, gluten substitute, burnt sugar and conventional additives. The natural flour mixture is suitable for the preparation of bakery products and gives the desired organoleptic properties: a pleasant taste, smell and appearance, a good texture and not too hard.
