PURPOSE: A water treatment device using electrolysis is provided which is capable of easily coping with increase and decrease of treating capacity. CONSTITUTION: The water treatment device using electrolysis comprises a cylindrical electrolytic cell equipped with inflow pipe(16a) of liquid to be treated and discharge pipe of treated liquid; and cylindrical wire mesh type electrodes(14) installed inside the electrolytic cell and formed in a different diameter, wherein the electrolytic cell comprises cylindrical body(12a), and a sealing cap(12b) which seals both end parts of the body, and to which both end parts of the wire mesh type electrodes are fixed, wherein the wire mesh type electrodes comprise two anodes(14a,14c) and one cathode(14b), and wherein the wire mesh type electrodes are formed of an insoluble electrode in which metal oxide film of iridium, ruthenium and platinum is coated on titanium.
